The notification list
What is collected
If you use the something-to-play form, TREADBOUND collects the email address you enter. The site does not ask for your name, location, payment information, or a profile.
Plain terms
Privacy
TREADBOUND collects as little personal information as possible.

How the address is used
The address is used to send a confirmation message and, after you confirm, one notification when there is something of TREADBOUND to play. It is not added to a general newsletter or used for advertising.
Service provider
Where the address is held
Addresses and consent records are held by Kit, the email-delivery provider. TREADBOUND does not keep a separate copy on this website. Kit processes this information to operate the form, deliver the confirmation, maintain consent and unsubscribe records, and send the promised notification.

Confirmation and removal
The list uses double confirmation. If you do not confirm the address from your inbox, you will not receive the availability notice. Every message sent through Kit includes an unsubscribe link that stops future mail. You may also ask for your address to be removed by writing to hello@playtreadbound.com.

How long the record remains
Kit retains the address and consent status until the promised notice is sent, you unsubscribe, or you ask for removal. Kit may retain limited suppression or compliance records so that an unsubscribed address is not added again without new consent.
Site operation
Technical information
The website and its service providers may process basic request information such as an IP address, browser details, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. TREADBOUND does not add advertising trackers or use the notification address for cross-site profiling.
